Delivery

Orders ship daily Monday through Friday from our location in north east Ohio. Most orders are delivered in 2-4 business days.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of your completed order. Once shipped, you will receive either a USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground tracking notification by email which includes your tracking number and expected delivery date.

When providing your shipping address please:

  • Use USPS standardized format
  • Avoid abbreviations of street names
  • Include a valid UPS and USPS address
  • If using a PO box, please write PO Box, not just "box"
  • Packages that are returned due to invalid address will be subject to an additional shipping fee

High value items may require a signature for delivery. Your tracking notification will state "signature required" if applicable.

Orders that receive free shipping are subject to a 10% restocking fee if the items are returned.

Returns

Any item that is new and unopened may be returned. A 10% restocking fee applies to items returned for refund. This fee is waived for merchandise exchange or store credit. All returns must be sent postage prepaid. We are unable to provide pre-paid return postage for your returns.

If your order is received damaged or missing parts, please contact us immediately. We may ask for the following:

  • Photos of the package/contents
  • Hold onto all packing material until issue is resolved
  • Missing parcels - we will direct you to your local post office or UPS center

Should a product be missing parts, be defective or otherwise not as described, please contact us so that we can assist you in resolving the problem. Issue arise from time to time. Do not panic, we're here to help.
